It was fitted the following day by an excellent local fitter, whose meticulous work has done full justice to the fire. We are now the proud and very happy possessor of a beautiful looking fire and are very happy with the whole experience.

We have, unfortunately, not always been so lucky. I was a little nervous at placing such a large order for something such as this over the internet. I can say that the level of service that you and your team have provided throughout, has been reassuringly attentive and professional.
