Painted / Veneered Hearth
This Hearth is ideal if you have an electric fire and are looking for a great-looking, low-cost alternative to marble or granite.
You can choose to have a veneered wood or painted finish. Our Beige and White Stone finishes are paint effects designed to replicate the look of marble.
You can choose to have the hearth lipped (the top extends beyond the base) or boxed as per the picture in the description below.
Unfortunately, our wooden hearths can only be used with electric fires; they can not be used with gas fires, stoves or open fires.
The price shown is only for purchasing along with a wood fire surround; Any order placed without a fire surround will be cancelled.

Product Description
The back panel is designed to sit behind a fire surround. The 1" rebate on the fire surround accommodated the thickness of the pack panel.
The hole (C & D) is an industry standard size and will fit the majority of inset fires.
The footprint of the hearth is roughly 1" smaller than E, and 0.5" smaller than G.
If you intend to use the hearth and back with a solid fuel, or HE fire, you need to order a slabbed hearth and back.
The veneered hearth and back can only be used with electric fires.
