24 Month Warranty
Complete a simple form to register your fire surround and agree to some basic care instructions and we will extend your warranty to 24 months.
Fires and Surrounds is the only online retailer to offer all customers a free 2-year warranty. We feel that this is a true testiment to the durability and quality of our products.
The extended warranty covers our wooden fire surrounds and mirrors only. The electric and gas fires all have their own manufacturers warranties and these are indicated on the relevant product pages.
When you have ordered a wooden fire surround from us, we will send you a link to the form, completing this will register your product and extend the warranty. If you do not wish to complete the form then your surround will still be covered with our standard 12 month warranty.
The form must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date, a full list of terms and conditions can be found on the form and also on our terms and conditions page.
